Parish Council Meeting
You are hereby summoned to the Parish Council meeting to be held at 7 pm on Wednesday 3 November 2021 at Bramham Pavilion
Prior to the first item on the agenda there will be an opportunity for members of the public to address the meeting. The members will take these representations into account when agenda items are considered but are not required to make a response. The session will last for a maximum of 20 minutes and each member of the public will be entitled to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes after which members of the public will no longer be permitted to address the Parish Council unless specifically permitted.
1. To receive and approve where requested apologies for absence. ML
2. To disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 13-18 of the Members Code of Conduct. Also to declare any other significant interests which the Member wishes to declare in the public interest in accordance with paragraphs 19-20 of the Members Code of Conduct.

7. Assets & Amenities Committee PC
7.1 To receive the draft minutes from the A & A Committee meeting on 18th October 2021
7.2 To agree to incur the cost of registering the Pavilion and SCC with LCC/Post Office to obtain postcodes for both premises
7.3 To approve obtaining a quote from ESS for commissioning the CCTV at the Pavilion
7.4 To agree to carry out an audit of surplus items at the Pavilion to identify items for possible sale or disposal
7.5 To approve the quote from Treelines Services for tree works on the playing field
7.6 To receive and approve the SCC garden Risk Assessment
7.7 To approve Cllr Richards contacting the Environment Agency to arrange a site meeting to discuss the SCC garden Risk Assessment
7.8 To agree to the reopening of the SCC to the public
7.9 To approve the documents to be displayed on the SCC Notice Board
7.10 To approve the documents to be posted on the SCC Webpage
8. To approve a contractor to carry out a survey of the gas and water pipes under the playing field PC
9. To appoint a councillor with responsibility for completing the weekly playground inspections
10. Co-option To agree a time table for co-option for the current vacancy
