To book the Pavilion and Playing Field
The Pavilion and field can be booked by using our online booking form below.
A special Children’s Party Rate of £60 includes use of the meeting room, kitchen and playing field for up to 4 hours.
The kitchen at the Pavilion undergoes routine assessments by LCC Environmental Health Department. Please note that is is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that any food prepared and served in the Pavilion kitchen meets all food health and safety requirements.
Party bookings include use of the field to erect a bouncy castle or gazebo. These may only be erected in the area shown here Pavilion Safe Area – bouncy castles etc
A £100 damage deposit is required for all party bookings.

Bramham Pavilion and Playing Field is owned and managed by Bramham Parish Council. The Pavilion has a meeting room (maximum capacity 30), fully equipped kitchen, showers and accessible toilets. The venue is ideal for children’s parties, community events and meetings. The adjacent playing field can be hired along with the Pavilion. Patio doors from the Pavilion meeting room lead onto the playing field making it idea for children’s parties. The field can be used for bouncy castles and organised sports events. The Pavilion meeting room can be hired from £15 per hour.
