Assets and Amenities Meeting Committee Meeting
You are hereby summoned to the Assets & Amenities Committee meeting to be held a
at 10.00 am on Tuesday 10th January 2023 at the Pavilion, Freely Lane, Bramham
Prior to the first item on the agenda there will be an opportunity for members of the public to address the Assets and Amenities Committee. The members will take these representations into account when agenda items are considered but are not required to make a response. The session will last for a maximum of 15 minutes and each member of the public will be entitled to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes after which members of the public will no longer be permitted to address the Parish Council unless specifically permitted.
- To receive and approve where requested apologies for absence.
- To disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 13-18 of the Members Code of Conduct. Also to declare any other significant interests which the Member wishes to declare in the public interest in accordance with paragraphs 19-20 of the Members Code of Conduct.
- To accept the minutes of the meeting of the Assets & Amenities Committee on the 1st September 2022 as a true record.
- To review the Pavilion and playing field hire charges
- To consider plans to mark the coronation of King Charles III
- To consider plans for the Bramham Show 2023
