Assets and Amenities Meeting Committee Meeting
To be held at 2 pm on Wednesday 17 March 2021 at 2 pm.
In accordance with The Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority Meetings) Regulations 2020 this meeting will be held remotely
Prior to the first item on the agenda there will be an opportunity for members of the public to address the Assets and Amenities Committee. The members will take these representations into account when agenda items are considered but are not required to make a response. The session will last for a maximum of 15 minutes and each member of the public will be entitled to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes after which members of the public will no longer be permitted to address the Parish Council unless specifically permitted.
1. To receive and approve where requested apologies for absence.
2. To disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 13-18 of the Members Code of Conduct. Also to declare any other significant interests which the Member wishes to declare in the public interest in accordance with paragraphs 19-20 of the Members Code of Conduct.
3. To accept the minutes of the meeting of the Assets & Amenities Committee on 13th January as a true record.
4. To review the football contracts including:
• Start dates and times
• Charges (RB)
5. To consider the Assets Development Plan (RB)
6. Maintenance of benches (PC)
7. To review the Assets Register (PC&HB)
8. Pavilion and Playground (PC)
• Update on repairs
• Trees
• Keys
9. Responsibilities (PC)
10. Events Working Group (PC)
11. Senior Citizens Centre (LR)
12. Minor items
