Assets and Amenities Meeting Committee Meeting
You are hereby summoned to the Assets & Amenities Committee meeting to be held 
at 7pm on Wednesday 18 August 2021 at the Pavilion, Freely Lane, Bramham

Prior to the first item on the agenda there will be an opportunity for members of the public to address the Assets and Amenities Committee. The members will take these representations into account when agenda items are considered but are not required to make a response. The session will last for a maximum of 15 minutes and each member of the public will be entitled to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes after which members of the public will no longer be permitted to address the Parish Council unless specifically permitted.
1. To receive and approve where requested apologies for absence.
2. To disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 13-18 of the Members Code of Conduct. Also to declare any other significant interests which the Member wishes to declare in the public interest in accordance with paragraphs 19-20 of the Members Code of Conduct.
3. To accept the minutes of the meeting of the Assets & Amenities Committee on 23 June 2021.
4. To note criminal damage to the playing field caused from 30 July to 1 August 2021 including:
• Fire damage
• Fence
• Locks
• Gas main
• Rubbish and Human waste
5. To consider the use of CCTV at the Pavilion/playing field
6. To consider mapping the gas supply on the playing field
7. To receive an update in relation to approve the following repairs to the Pavilion:
• Gas Flue
• Guttering
• Fence
• Stanchions
• Pavilion sign
• Notice board Perspex
• Power washing and spraying weeds
• Repair of path around manhole
• Disabled parking signs
• No ball games sign
8. To receive an update in relation to the playground repairs
9. To review the utility contacts for the Pavilion and SCC
10. To receive an update in relation to the HallMaster online booking system
11. Pavilion Cleaner
• To note any application for the position
• To approve the contract for services for the self-employed cleaner
12. To receive an update in relation to the children’s run
13. To receive an update in relation to the Bramham Show and note expenditure incurred to date.
14. To receive an update in relation to the tree works on the playing field
15. To review the Pavilion Storage Compound
16. To receive an update in relation to the football contracts
17. To review the insurance of items stored by 3rd parties at the Pavilion
