Assets and Amenities Meeting Committee Meeting

You are hereby summoned to the Assets & Amenities Committee meeting to be held

at 7 pm on Thursday 23rd November  2023 at the  Bramham Parish Centre

 

Prior to the first item on the agenda there will be an opportunity for members of the public to address the Assets and Amenities Committee.  The members will take these representations into account when agenda items are considered but are not required to make a response.  The session will last for a maximum of 15 minutes and each member of the public will be entitled to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes after which members of the public will no longer be permitted to address the Parish Council unless specifically permitted.

  1. To receive and approve where requested apologies for absence.
  2. To disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 13-18 of the Members Code of Conduct. Also to declare any other significant interests which the Member wishes to declare in the public interest in accordance with paragraphs 19-20 of the Members Code of Conduct.
  3. To accept the minutes of the meeting of the Assets & Amenities Committee held on Monday 12th June 2023 as a true record.
  4. To note the donation of resources for Parish Centre users.
  5. To agree the terms of notices to be placed in the Parish Centre re the use of the centre generally and use of the resources in particular.
  6. To consider any additional items, including furniture, decoration and resources, required for the Parish Centre.  Any recommendation made by the committee to be considered by the Council in conjunction with the results of the Parish Centre usage survey.
  7. To review the A & A Committee Terms of Reference for approval by the Council.
  8. To receive an update in relation to the playground.
  9. To note issues with the removal of rubbish from the Pavilion and agree any action to be taken.
  10. Minor Items.
