The initial stage of planting of the Parish Centre garden has been completed in time for the official opening of the Parish Centre on the 8th October 2023. Volunteers will be planting bulbs later this autumn to add colour to the garden in the spring before the perennials come into flower.
The Parish Council would like to thank the residents who volunteered to help the council with the design and planting of the garden. Their skill and many hours of hard work is very much appreciated. The brief was to produce a low maintenance, sustainable planting scheme which was sensitive to the surrounding landscape and the council is confident that this has been achieved.
The council would also like to thank the Community Fund for their generous grant towards the costs of both the soft and hard landscaping.
The garden is accessible to all. Over the coming months and years, the planting will mature and the garden will be continue to be a space to be enjoyed by all Bramham residents and visitors.
