Parish Council Meeting
You are hereby summoned to the Parish Council meeting to be held at 7 pm on Wednesday 1 September 2021 at Bramham Pavilion
Prior to the first item on the agenda there will be an opportunity for members of the public to address the meeting. The members will take these representations into account when agenda items are considered but are not required to make a response. The session will last for a maximum of 20 minutes and each member of the public will be entitled to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes after which members of the public will no longer be permitted to address the Parish Council unless specifically permitted.
1. To receive and approve where requested apologies for absence. ML
2. To disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 13-18 of the Members Code of Conduct. Also to declare any other significant interests which the Member wishes to declare in the public interest in accordance with paragraphs 19-20 of the Members Code of Conduct.

5. Traffic Management Working Group
5.1 To receive the “Briefing Minutes” of the TMWG meeting held on 9th August 2021. MC
5.2 To receive a report on the static SID data for the months July & August.
5.3 To receive a report on the first two weeks data collected from the mobile SID.
5.4 To consider future open meetings of the TMWG, specifically in relation to speeding issues
6. Assets & Amenities Committee PC
6.1 To receive the draft minutes of the A&A Committee meeting on 18 August 2021
6.2 To approve the amended Terms of reference of A&A committee
6.3 To approve the repairs to path around pavilion, spraying and power washing.
6.4 To approve the purchase of replacement pavilion sign.
6.5To approve an increase in the budget for the Bramham Show to cover the cost of the purchase of plastic glassware by BCAG from £500 to £750
6.6To approve the contract for services for the cleaner .
6.7To approve the utilities contracts for the Pavilion and SCC

7.1 To receive the draft minutes of the Finance Committee meeting on 25 August 2021

7.2 To approve an annual subscription for an accounting software package from Scribe
7.3 To approve the closure of the HSBC Accounts 31158333 & 51051350 and the opening of a current and deposit account with Unity Trust Bank

To approve an insurance provider for 2021/2022
9. Unlawful Incursion at the Freely Lane Playing Field
9.1 To note the action taken in response to the unlawful incursion on 30 July 2021
9.2 To adopt the following:
Policy and Procedure for Unlawful Incursions on Parish Council Land
10. To agree any action to be taken to secure the future of the Village Shop and Post Office ML
11. To receive an update in relation to the SCC and Wildlife area LR
