Parish Council Meeting
You are hereby summoned to the Parish Council meeting to be held at 7.00pm on Wednesday 7 September 2022 at Bramham Pavilion
Prior to the first item on the agenda there will be an opportunity for members of the public to address the meeting. The members will take these representations into account when agenda items are considered but are not required to make a response. The session will last for a maximum of 20 minutes and each member of the public will be entitled to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes after which members of the public will no longer be permitted to address the Parish Council unless specifically permitted.
1. To receive and approve where requested apologies for absence MC
2. To disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 13-18 of the Members Code of Conduct. Also to declare any other significant interests which the Member wishes to declare in the public interest in accordance with paragraphs 19-20 of the Members Code of Conduct.

1. To receive the SCC Contractors report dated 26 August 2022
2. To approve the SCC WG Terms of Reference
3. To approve the reuse of the SCC named stone in the replacement building
4. To approve the renaming of the SCC to Bramham Parish Centre
5. To agree that the Council will be responsible for the maintenance of the external areas and to dissolve the agreement with BiB for this work
6. To approve the kitchenette having a sink with a cold water supply, multiple power points and a kettle
7. To approve installing shelving in the main storage area
8. To approve the installation of remotely controlled heating and door access
9. To agree arrangements for routine cleaning of the SCC
10. To approve the Stage 5 fees for Thompsons
11. To approve an application for an LCC Arium Horticultural grant to fund landscaping design and planting for the SCC
12. To approve the cost (£180) of a Bat survey report
6. A & A Committee – PC
1. To receive the approve minutes of the A & A Meeting in 16 March 2022
2. To agree to commission a 5 year Fire Safety Report for the Pavilion and SCC
3. To agree to commission a report advising on compliance with legionnaire’s legislation at the Pavilion
4. To agree to conduct 6 monthly inspections of the Pavilion and SCC to identify routine repairs and maintenance issues.
5. To receive an update in relation to the installation of Wi-Fi at the Pavilion
6. To agree arrangements for the opening and closing of the Pavilion
7. To note the 2022/2023 contracts with local football clubs
8. To agree on any areas of the Pavilion to be redecorated
9. To note repairs to the gas supply to the Pavilion
10. To agree to undertake repairs to the accessible toilet
11. To agree to repair/service the Pavilion Shutters
12. To agree proposals for marketing the Pavilion

8. Traffic Management Working Group MC
To receive an update in relation to the previously agreed works by LCC
9. Asset Development Working Group – update on the options for security of the Pavilion and Sports ground MC
1. To approve the use of locally-sourced limestone stones to create an interrupted barrier along the field border parallel to Freely Lane.
2. To approve a budget for the collection and placement of the above stones.
3. To approve the installation of a height restriction barrier at the main entrance to the Pavilion Carpark.
