You are hereby summoned to the Parish Council meeting to be held at 7 pm on Wednesday 7 April 2021
In accordance with The Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority Meetings) Regulations 2020 this meeting will be held remotely
Prior to the first item on the agenda there will be an opportunity for members of the public to address the meeting. The members will take these representations into account when agenda items are considered but are not required to make a response. The session will last for a maximum of 15 minutes and each member of the public will be entitled to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes after which members of the public will no longer be permitted to address the Parish Council unless specifically permitted.
1. To receive and approve where requested apologies for absence.
2. To disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 13-18 of the Members Code of Conduct. Also to declare any other significant interests which the Member wishes to declare in the public interest in accordance with paragraphs 19-20 of the Members Code of Conduct. RB

5. Senior Citizens Centre LR
5.1 To note that Planning Application for Bramham Senior Citizen’s Centre Redevelopment, Demolition and Rebuild, was approved by Leeds City Council on 29 March 2021.
5.2 Proposal to approve Thompsons Architecture to proceed with Stage 3: ‘Building Regulation Application’, and Stage 4: ‘Tender and Production Information’ of SCC Re-development as given in the project plan “Demolition and Rebuilding of Bramham Senior Citizens Centre” dated 3 Sept 2019. PC approval for Thompsons Architecture to oversee the 5-stage re-development given on 2 Oct 2019.
Stage 3 Costs: Service Fee 860 + VAT; Building Reg Application Fee £180; Building Control Inspection Fee £380-£500.
Stage 4 Costs: Service Fee £860 + VAT.
5.3 To adopt Terms of Reference for the SCC Working Group
5.4 To appoint members to a SCC Working Group to take the project through Stages 3 & 4.
5.5 To consider a proposal to rename the Centre
6. To consider and resolve to approve where necessary the recommendations of the Finance Committee ML
6.1 To accept the minutes of the Finance Committee on 25 November 2020 as a true record
6.2 To approve the appointment of two councillors to be Secondary users of the HSBC accounts with view only access
6.3 To adopt the BACS protocol
6.4 To adopt the Risk Register for 2021/2022
6.5 To adopt the Assets Register for 2021/2022
6.6 To adopt the Grant Policy
6.7 To note the completion of the year end invoice checks and approve the schedule of corrections
