1. To receive and approve where requested apologies for absence (Cllr. Halliday) and to note that the deadline for electors to request an election expired on 31st January. Linda
2. To disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 13 – 18 of the Members Code of Conduct. Also to declare any other significant interests which the Member wishes to declare in the public interest in accordance with paragraphs 19 – 20 of the Members Code of Conduct Linda
3. To accept the minutes of the Council meeting held on 8th January 2020 as a true record Linda

6. Other Items
6.1 Neighbourhood Improvement Programme – to note that the deadline for residents to suggest projects expired on 31st January and to consider the setting up of a working group to consider suggested projects Pete
6.2 Senior Citizen’s Centre – to note the report given by the CIAT architectural technologist Linda
6.3 Pavilion – To approve the purchase of a safety gate necessary to protect children at Mums and Tots. To consider quotes for the five-year electrical inspection and to appoint a contactor accordingly. Keith
6.4 To consider funding and terms of reference for a feasibility study of car parking options near Bramham School and to note that Ward Councillors have agreed to share 50% of the cost. Pete
6.5 To consider charges and numbers of attendees allowed for the Bramham Ball event in September 2020 Linda
6.6 To note the implementation of 20mph speed limits in parts of the village and to note comments made by residents Pete

6.8 To consider the offer of Northern Powergrid of a £50 goodwill gesture in lieu of backdating the Tenterhill Allotments Wayleave agreement to 2010 Keith

6.11 To approve a budget of £2,250 for the hire of a shuttlebus for the 2020 Festival and to approve the hire of a card machine at £16 + VAT a month, 12 month contract with £35 annual compliance fee Linda
7. Financial matters

7.1  To note that an extra-ordinary meeting took place on 3rd February serviced by the Yorkshire Local Council’s Associations (YLCA) which received their report and recommendations and to suggest proposals for formal consideration at the March Parish Council meeting. To retrospectively approve payment to the YLCA a payment of £30 per hour plus 45p per mile for servicing the Extra-Ordinary meeting.

7.2  To receive the monthly bank reconciliation for January 2020

7.3  Report of invoices and payments to be made for February 2020 and to note the transfer of funds from the

HSBC interest earning account to the cheque book account.
