Parish Council Annual Meeting
You are hereby summoned to the Annual Parish Council meeting to be held at 7 pm on Wednesday 5 May 2021
In accordance with The Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority Meetings) Regulations 2020 this meeting will be held remotely
Prior to the first item on the agenda there will be an opportunity for members of the public to address the meeting. The members will take these representations into account when agenda items are considered but are not required to make a response. The session will last for a maximum of 15 minutes and each member of the public will be entitled to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes after which members of the public will no longer be permitted to address the Parish Council unless specifically permitted.
1. Election of the Parish Council Chair for the forthcoming year
2. To receive and approve where requested apologies for absence. Chair
3. To disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 13-18 of the Members Code of Conduct. Also to declare any other significant interests which the Member wishes to declare in the public interest in accordance with paragraphs 19-20 of the Members Code of Conduct.

6. To accept the minutes of the Parish Council meeting on 7 April 2021 as a true record Chair

8. Assets & Amenities Committee PC
8.1 To accept the minutes of the Assets & Amenities Committee meeting on 17 March 2021 as a true record
8.2 To receive recommendations to alleviate parking issues at the Pavilion
8.3 To receive recommendations for repairs to the following:
• Kitchen Waste pipe
• Guttering
• Down pipes
• Broken slaps and uneven paths around the Pavilion building.
• To note the state of the stonework of the Pavilion.
8.4 To receive an update in relation to Playground, in particular overcrowding/nonadherence to Covid regulations
8.5 To consider any issues relating to reopening of the Pavilion for use by personal trainers
8.6 Tenter Hill Allotments.
8.6.1 To agree to undertake an annual rent review.
8.6.2 To review current arrangements regarding delegation or exercise of Council powers through the Tenter Hill Allotment Committee.
9. To review the decision not to accept any booking for large events at the sports field and Pavilion. PC
10. To agree a time table for co-option to fill the current councillor vacancy Chair
