Assets and Amenities Meeting Committee Meeting
You are hereby summoned to the Assets & Amenities Committee meeting to be held a
at 7pm on Wednesday 26th January 2022 at the Pavilion, Freely Lane, Bramham
Prior to the first item on the agenda there will be an opportunity for members of the public to address the Assets and Amenities Committee. The members will take these representations into account when agenda items are considered but are not required to make a response. The session will last for a maximum of 15 minutes and each member of the public will be entitled to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes after which members of the public will no longer be permitted to address the Parish Council unless specifically permitted.
1. To receive and approve where requested apologies for absence.
2. To disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 13-18 of the Members Code of Conduct. Also to declare any other significant interests which the Member wishes to declare in the public interest in accordance with paragraphs 19-20 of the Members Code of Conduct.
3. To accept the minutes of the meeting of the Assets & Amenities Committee on 18th October 2021.
4. To consider the request from Collingham FC for additional parking at the Pavilion
5. To consider issues relating to marshalling of the car park and replacement of the stanchions
6. To consider the issues with the Pavilion being left in an unacceptable condition following football matches
7. To consider installing additional picnic tables around the playing field
8. To consider whether planning permission will be required for one or more storage containers in the Pavilion compound
9. To review the outstanding Community fund grants and agree on any application for grants for 2022
10. To review indoor storage arrangements at the Pavilion
11. 11.1 To receive a report relating to further investigations of the utility pipes under the playing field
11.2 To agree a designated area on the playing field for the erection of Bouncy castles and similar structure and agree any amendments to the Terms of Hire
12. To consider additional tree planting around the playing field
13. To consider plans for the 2022 Bramham Show
14. To consider the request to hire the Pavilion and playing field hold a 10k run on the 10th July 2022
15. To review the caretaking requirements for the Pavilion
