A planning application has been submitted to Leeds City Council for the redevelopment of the Bramham House site. The proposal is for 23 houses and 3 apartment blocks comprising 33 apartments. The public consultation closes on the 27th December 2023.
The Parish Council will be considering the application at the council meeting on Wednesday 13th December 2023. There will be a public participation session at the start of the meeting when the council will receive comments from residents. Please note that comments from the public are no longer published on the planning portal.
