Parish Council Meeting
You are hereby summoned to an extra-ordinary meeting of the Parish Council meeting to be held at 6.30 on Wednesday 1 December 2021
At Bramham Pavilion
1. To receive and approve where requested apologies for absence.
2. To disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 13-18 of the Members Code of Conduct. Also to declare any other significant interests which the Member wishes to declare in the public interest in accordance with paragraphs 19-20 of the Members Code of Conduct.
3. To consider a resolution to exclude press and all members of the public regarding items 4 & 5 due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.
4. To receive applications for the office of Parish Councillor and to co-opt a councillor for the existing vacancy. Voting to take place in accordance with the council’s Co-option Policy dated 3 June 2020
5. To agree that the successful applicant shall complete a Declaration of Acceptance of Office and return a signed copy to the clerk as soon as possible after being notified of their successful application
