Parish Council Meeting
You are hereby summoned to the Parish Council meeting to be held at 7 pm on Wednesday 6 October 2021 at Bramham Pavilion
Prior to the first item on the agenda there will be an opportunity for members of the public to address the meeting. The members will take these representations into account when agenda items are considered but are not required to make a response. The session will last for a maximum of 20 minutes and each member of the public will be entitled to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes after which members of the public will no longer be permitted to address the Parish Council unless specifically permitted.
1. To receive and approve where requested apologies for absence. MC
2. To disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 13-18 of the Members Code of Conduct. Also to declare any other significant interests which the Member wishes to declare in the public interest in accordance with paragraphs 19-20 of the Members Code of Conduct.

6.1 To receive the minutes of the SCC WG held on 27 and 30 September 2021
6.2 To approve arranging a meeting with the SCC WG (or its representatives) and Ware & Kaye Solicitors to discuss the terms and scope of the SCC Covenant and any amendments required to it.
6.3 To approve arranging a meeting with the SCC WG (or its representatives) and Ware & Kaye Solicitors to consider the implications of the inconsistencies Wildlife Area Licence Agreement and Land Registry Title Deeds to land owned by the Environment Agency
6.4 To approve the SSC WG (or its representatives) to contact the Environment Agency to discuss access to the Wildlife Area
7. Bramham Show To receive a verbal report and the accounts from the Bramham Show PC
8. To agree to obtain quotes to install WiFi at the Pavilion PC
9. To agree to obtain quotes for the activation of the CCTV system at the Pavilion PC
10. To note the repairs to the Playground Wetpour PC

12. To approve a donation to Martin House Children’s Hospice MC
